Celebrate your child’s birthday with Cassiah’s Dance Company… and your house will still be clean at the end of the party! Birthday Party Packages are two hours in length and are booked on Saturdays/ Sundays.
Parties are hosted by a fully certified instructor.
Package #1
PRICE – $125 Flat Rate, Plus $10 per Dancer
This package includes:
1 hour dance class in style of your choice.
1 hour use of our party room.
Coloured table clothes.
Tables and chairs.
We do the clean up !!
You are responsible for all party decorations, supplies, loot bags and food.

Package #2
PRICE – $225 Flat Rate, Plus $15 per Dancer
This package includes:
1 hour dance class in style of your choice
1 hour use of the studio space
Fully decorated party space (Happy Birthday Theme)
Plates, cups, cutlery, napkins all provided
Pizza & Juice for each dancer
Loot bag for all dancers (Happy Birthday Theme)
Photo booth with props
Coffee & Tea for the parents
We do the clean up!!!

PARTY ADD ONS
THEMED PARTIES – $25/ Dancer
Pick your party theme – Frozen, Enchanted Princess, Monster High, Moana, High School Musical, Unicorn, etc
Party room will be decorated in this theme, and will include themed loot bags, and dance class.
(Party Themes can only be added to Package #2)
PARTY ROOM RENTAL – $30/ half hour
Additional time can be added to any party package
Parents are expected to:
Ensure that all dancers are dropped off and picked up by an appropriate parent.
Provide cake (use of the fridge is included).
Ensure that all dancers remain in the designated studio for the entire party.
Conduct the party festivities after the dance class is over.
Sign a Birthday Party contract.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The maximum number of dancers (15) is strictly enforced.
Payment in full is due at the time of booking.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment is received.
A list of all participants’ name and phone numbers must be submitted to the office prior to the start of the party.
Parents are not permitted in the dance room (during the dance session)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancelation on the weekend of the party is 100% NON REFUNDABLE.
Cancelation after confirmation of the party is 50% NON REFUNDABLE
